Account Manager – Digital Twin Solutions for Utilities

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead post‑sale engagements with enterprise utility customers in Germany. You will act as the trusted advisor for the adoption and expansion of our cutting‑edge digital‑twin platform, helping utilities improve grid resilience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal to expansion across utility accounts.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Translate AI and physics‑based model outputs into actionable business insights for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with sales, deployment and product teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities.
• Monitor health metrics, identify adoption opportunities and drive net revenue retention.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams to enhance product fit.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years in account management, customer success or technical consulting within enterprise environments.
• Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure or engineering SaaS is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Romanian and professional English.
• Willingness to travel 20‑40% for customer engagements.
