Account Manager - Eastern European Markets

About the role

Lovehoney Group, the world’s leading sexual wellbeing company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across its Eastern European markets. Based in Berlin, you will manage key B2B relationships with distributors and retailers, while uncovering new opportunities to expand both online and offline presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing key accounts, fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in strategic growth areas.
• Design and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue and brand visibility.
• Lead growth initiatives from concept through operational rollout.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales or business development, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and trade marketing.
• Analytical, data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as French or Dutch are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems.
