Account Manager – E‑Commerce Partnerships

About the role

Adtraction is expanding its German e‑commerce team and seeks an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of advertiser brands. You will act as the main point of contact, helping clients grow through strategic partnerships and data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of advertiser accounts.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as their advisor.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose new partnership initiatives.
• Activate new partners and expand existing collaborations.
• Prepare and lead performance reviews and client meetings.
• Support clients with strategic planning and partner‑marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Upsell relevant Adtraction solutions where appropriate.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, digital marketing, business development, sales or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Structured, proactive work style with commercial awareness.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast‑moving industry.
