Account Manager – Frankfurt

About the role

As an Account Manager you will be the face of ClassPass for fitness and wellness partners in Frankfurt. You will manage a high‑revenue portfolio, build strong relationships with studio owners and managers, and help them maximise the value of their partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the boutique fitness and wellness market, including competitive landscape.
• Drive revenue and reservation growth across your portfolio and the wider market.
• Maintain focus on partner retention, working toward quarterly targets.
• Monitor supply health, identify growth opportunities and ensure inventory availability.
• Act as the local voice of partners, escalating market‑specific feedback to leadership.
• Build long‑term relationships with a diverse range of partners, from lower‑tier to top‑performing studios.
• Provide data‑led insights, recommendations and ongoing support to help partners grow.
• Promote adoption of new ClassPass products while retaining existing ones.
• Maintain your pipeline in Salesforce using online and offline resources.
• Deliver outstanding service through regular check‑ins, calls and in‑person meetings.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and interpret performance metrics.
• Comfortable working with numbers and using data, market trends and industry knowledge to make recommendations.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about helping partners succeed.
