Account Manager (m/w/d)

About the role

MetaDesign, a leading international brand consultancy and part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for an Account Manager (all genders) in Berlin. You will be the first point of contact for clients' day-to-day requests, working closely with the Client Partner to oversee organisational and financial aspects, keep projects on track and bring all stakeholders together.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and deliver client projects, internally and externally
• Foster collaboration between clients and the internal team
• Organise and coordinate interdisciplinary project workflows
• Prepare for and attend client appointments and meetings
• Manage and monitor resource allocation
• Create presentations and project timelines
• Manage, control and process projects in SAP

Required profile

• Professional experience in an agency environment or a comparable industry
• Degree in Social and Business Communication, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Initial experience in resource management
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
• Results-oriented, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset

• Project management tools and processes, including budget management, proposal preparation and project planning
• SAP
