Account Manager PR/Marketing (f/m/d) – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead our PR and Marketing team in Berlin. You will oversee the strategic planning and execution of integrated communication campaigns for international clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of communication professionals and supervise the development of integrated PR/marketing projects.
• Provide strategic counsel and quality management for client campaigns on a daily basis.
• Oversee financial processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and business‑plan development for clients and projects.
• Lead HR and recruitment activities for the team, ensuring the right talent is in place.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international agency environment.
• Proven track record in planning, implementing, and evaluating integrated communication campaigns.
• Experience winning international tenders and acquiring new business.
• Strong team‑leadership, budget‑controlling, and client‑relationship skills.
• Excellent time‑management, ability to work under pressure, and outstanding written communication.
• Fluent business English; additional language skills are a plus.
