Account Manager - SMB - DACH Market

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join TikTok’s SMB team in Dublin. You will work with small‑ and medium‑size advertisers across the DACH market, helping them grow their business on the TikTok platform through strategic guidance and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by designing and executing sales and service delivery strategies for SMB clients.
• Educate advertisers on TikTok products, tools and best practices, and lead strategic conversations.
• Optimize campaign performance at scale, troubleshoot issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to structure and launch operational initiatives.
• Support and mentor new team members, sharing knowledge of processes and products.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media or digital advertising.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a large book of business.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for TikTok marketing and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with TikTok’s advertising tools and campaign management.
