Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Home, Electronics, FMCG)

About the role

Join TikTok Shop as an Account Manager and help brands and merchants connect with creators and shoppers on our innovative e‑commerce platform. You will focus on acquiring and nurturing new sellers across key categories, driving growth and delivering a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate new sellers in Home & Living, Electronics, or FMCG.
• Map the category landscape and prioritize segments in collaboration with partners.
• Build and manage a roadmap for long‑tail partners, overseeing category performance.
• Identify potential partners, design onboarding solutions, and create mid‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support partner content creation.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Develop initiatives to continuously improve competitive advantage.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in business development, sales, account management, or new seller acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
• Passion for social content, especially livestream and short‑video formats.
• Fluent in English and German.
