Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Multiple Categories)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager for TikTok Shop who will drive acquisition and growth of new sellers across key categories such as Home & Living, Electronics or FMCG. The role combines business development, partnership onboarding and cross‑functional collaboration to expand TikTok’s e‑commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and incubate new sellers, focusing on one assigned category.
• Map the category landscape, prioritize segments and build a clear roadmap for long‑tail partners.
• Develop and execute category performance plans, including campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Onboard partners by proposing business models, creator affiliations and education programs, and create mid‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce platform content and support partners.
• Lead internal projects that enhance the overall category ecosystem.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management or new‑seller acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
• Fluent in English and German to interact with German stakeholders.
