Accountant – Accounts Payable & Cost Accounting

About the role

Join a global telecommunications company as an Accountant responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable and cost accounting. You will work in a dynamic environment where you can apply your financial expertise while contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Record and assign incoming invoices accurately.
• Process accounts payable end‑to‑end, including payment runs.
• Perform regular cash bookings and prepare statistical reports.
• Support controlling by providing cost and performance accounting data and calculations.
• Identify and propose optimisation ideas for finance processes.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training or a degree in finance/accounting.
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• Strong numerical understanding and analytical, solution‑oriented thinking.
• Fluent in German; English is a plus.
• Team player, open to change, eager to learn and develop.
• Affinity for technology and openness to digitalisation in finance.
