Accountant – Sales & Receivables

About the role

ABOUT YOU is seeking an Accountant focused on Sales & Receivables to join its fast‑growing e‑commerce team. You will own the end‑to‑end processing of receivable transactions and help ensure a smooth cash‑flow for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post a variety of accounts receivable transactions with high ownership.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and payment service providers.
• Review, reconcile, and resolve outstanding accounts receivable items.
• Contribute to projects aimed at continuous optimisation of accounting processes.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in accounting or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g., Accounting Clerk, Tax Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk).
• Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable or accounting.
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style combined with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Navision.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
