About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations for Gravion GmbH and its US subsidiary. The role involves managing invoicing, financial reporting, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end closings across our European and US operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, invoicing, and financial reporting for Gravion GmbH and Gravion USA.
• Support monthly and annual closings while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international partners on financial matters.
• Maintain accounting records and assist with audits and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting or finance, with familiarity in accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, structured, and able to handle confidential financial information.
• English proficiency for international workflows.
• Ability to work independently and support a collaborative team environment.
