About the role
We are seeking an administrative employee (m/f/d) to join our state office in Düsseldorf. The position is dedicated to central services and will start as soon as possible on a full‑time basis. The role supports the daily administrative processes of the department and contributes to efficient office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the central services department.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up‑to‑date.
- Prepare basic reports and assist with presentation materials.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Support office organization and logistical arrangements.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education or equivalent.
- Interest in public administration and office work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
