Ads Marketing Manager – Germany

About the role

Netflix’s Ads Marketing team is building a must‑buy advertising solution for German‑speaking markets. As the Ads Marketing Manager for Germany, you will shape go‑to‑market strategy, drive brand awareness and support sales across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute dynamic go‑to‑market strategies and narratives that empower the sales team and resonate with advertising clients.
• Lead Netflix Ads’ presence at local industry events and custom client engagements, ensuring impactful representation.
• Partner with Communications, Product Marketing, Measurement, Sales, Brand Partnerships, Events and other teams to maintain a unified ads narrative.
• Synthesize business objectives to define key audiences, optimal channels and regions for activation.
• Use data insights and new ad solutions to craft compelling B2B stories tailored to the German market.
• Gather advertiser insights to shape product and marketing strategies and act as the main liaison with local trade bodies.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on successes, challenges and resource needs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising or marketing communications.
• Familiarity with the CTV, OTT or streaming landscape is preferred.
• Proven expertise in product positioning, narrative crafting and collateral development.
• Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas, collaborate with agencies and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience creating a variety of content types such as blog posts, case studies, presentations and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Successful track record of B2B event activations and partnership collaborations.
• Fluent in English and German (mandatory) and an entrepreneurial mindset.
