About the role

Join Wolt’s Global Ads Operations team in Berlin as an Ads Operations Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of advertising and promotional campaigns on the Wolt platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing advertising campaigns on the Wolt platform.
• Support the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet scheduled timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and help generate actionable insights.
• Work with data to evaluate what’s working and what isn’t.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support partner needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science or a related field and need to complete an internship.
• Interest in digital advertising, technology, and business growth.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Curious about AI and new technologies and how they can improve workflows.
• Proactive, able to ask questions and experiment.
• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.
