Ads Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Ads Operations Specialist to join Wolt’s Ads team in Berlin. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of advertising and promotional campaigns on the Wolt platform, ensuring smooth execution and delivering performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and monitor advertising campaigns submitted by the sales/account teams.
• Optimize campaign performance using data‑driven analysis.
• Produce and interpret performance reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Handle invoicing and ensure accurate campaign billing.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in ad operations, campaign management or related merchandising roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume, high‑priority tasks autonomously.
• Proficient English; German or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using data to analyze campaign performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
