About the role

The Adult Education Instructor provides essential support to the Adult Education Center in Stuttgart, AR. This position assists students with testing, enrollment, and daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and guide new clients entering the center.
• Check in students and visitors, maintain COVID‑19 temperature logs, and perform sanitation duties.
• Schedule, administer, and monitor TABE and GED testing for students.
• Complete student intake, create and maintain student files, and enter data accurately into LACES.
• Track attendance, advise teachers on post‑test scheduling, and maintain an accurate call log.
• Conduct recruitment and retention activities.
• Attend all mandated faculty and state meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Current Arkansas teaching license.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on‑site.
• Willingness to participate in faculty and state meetings.
