About the role

The AGGP2027 Graduate Program in the Quality Department offers a two‑year, personalised development journey for recent graduates. You will work on real Airbus projects, gaining technical, business and leadership experience while contributing to sustainable aerospace initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead systemic root‑cause analyses to eradicate quality issues and use data‑driven insights to predict and mitigate risks.
• Oversee the integration of advanced quality standards throughout the product life‑cycle, ensuring ‘Right First Time’ outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in Production, Quality, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with willingness to work in a transnational environment.
• Practical problem‑solving experience and knowledge of corrective tools such as PPS, Event, SARI, QSR.
• Good technical understanding of process and quality; English proficiency required, French or German a plus.
