AI Deployment Strategist – MedTech Regulatory Affairs

About the role

REMATIQ is building an AI platform to streamline regulated R&D, quality and regulatory workflows for MedTech companies. The AI Deployment Strategist will partner with customers to translate complex regulatory processes into practical AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer project workstreams from discovery through design, testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality and cross‑functional teams to map current workflows and identify AI‑driven improvements.
• Create and review deliverables such as workshop materials, workflow maps, gap analyses, impact assessments and AI‑generated outputs.
• Gather customer feedback and turn it into structured input for product and engineering teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate work, produce high‑quality outputs and enhance project delivery.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in MedTech Regulatory Affairs, regulatory strategy, design assurance or related consulting.
• Deep understanding of medical device development, regulatory submissions, design controls, risk management and technical documentation.
• Strong project ownership: ability to structure ambiguous work, align stakeholders and drive delivery.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication with senior regulatory, R&D and quality stakeholders.
• Hands‑on execution mindset: comfortable creating materials, mapping workflows and synthesising findings.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑growing, high‑speed environment.
• Active use of AI tools to improve personal productivity and project outcomes.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
