AI Operator

About the role

We are looking for an AI Operator to join a partner company in Germany. This hands‑on transformation role embeds AI directly into operational workflows, working across multiple business functions to redesign processes, drive automation, and ensure measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and quality gaps.
• Redesign processes with AI at the core using tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex and automation platforms like n8n.
• Build and implement AI agents, prompt libraries, automation flows and reusable workflow playbooks.
• Coach teams, provide training and continuous support to guarantee real‑world adoption.
• Measure impact through metrics such as time saved, cycle‑time reduction, cost efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Translate successful workflows into scalable frameworks for other teams and business units.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in operations, product, consulting, customer success, project management or similar roles.
• Strong practical fluency with modern AI tools and proven ability to drive behavioural and process change.
• Hands‑on experience breaking down complex workflows into automatable steps.
• Demonstrated change‑management skills and ability to secure tool adoption within teams.
