AI Transformation & Enablement Lead (Remote, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Transformation & Enablement Lead to drive AI adoption and workflow automation across a fast‑growing, listed Media‑Tech scale‑up. The role is fully remote within Germany and combines technical AI tooling expertise with strong business and systems thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high‑impact AI and automation opportunities across Sales, Operations, Marketing and internal workflows.
• Design and build scalable AI‑powered workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, APIs and large language models (LLMs).
• Integrate systems including CRM, Slack, email, internal tools and external data sources.
• Leverage LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive AI adoption across teams and help operationalise new workflows.
• Define architecture and workflow decisions, not just implement automations.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on transformation initiatives.
• Own and evolve the company‑wide AI automation roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience building workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and AI tooling such as OpenAI or Claude.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes.
• Systems‑thinking mindset with ability to design scalable solutions.
• Builder attitude, high ownership and curiosity.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript or similar) are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to introduce and scale AI operationally within a business.
