Aircraft Manager – Temporary (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an Aircraft Manager (m/f/d) on a fixed‑term basis to support Airbus at its largest civil‑aircraft production site in Hamburg. The role can be performed with reduced weekly hours and a scaled‑down scope of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the completion of outstanding work on both forward and aft fuselage sections.
• Organise and lead special alignment meetings, recovery rounds and daily stand‑ups to accelerate task clearance.
• Monitor processes to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and aerospace compliance.
• Act as the central contact point, coordinating production, quality assurance and engineering teams.
• Track milestones and implement corrective actions promptly when delays arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aircraft structural and systems installation, preferably on forward/aft fuselage areas.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Resilience under high pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Business‑fluent English; German or French is a plus.
