Aircraft Mechanic – Full‑time at Nuremberg Airport

About the role

FAI Technik GmbH, part of the FAI Aviation Group, is looking for a full‑time Aircraft Mechanic to join its team at Nuremberg Albrecht Dürer Airport. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of Bombardier and Hawker‑Beechcraft business jets in compliance with aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on aircraft according to current regulations.
• Troubleshoot, rectify faults and conduct functional testing on aircraft systems.
• Document all work performed in line with aviation law requirements.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic specializing in maintenance technology or a comparable qualification.
• Cat A license is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and abroad.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; German is a plus.
• Good physical condition, able to work at heights up to 8 m or in confined spaces.
• High sense of quality, resilience, flexibility and teamwork.
• Independent, reliable and structured work approach.
• Valid driver’s licence (automatic and manual transmission).
