Aircraft Mechanic – Maintenance & Repair (Full-time)

About the role

FAI Technik GmbH, part of the FAI Aviation Group, is looking for a full‑time Aircraft Mechanic to join its team at Albrecht Dürer Airport in Nuremberg. You will work on a variety of Bombardier and Hawker‑Beechcraft business jets, ensuring they meet the highest safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on aircraft in line with current aviation regulations.
• Troubleshoot faults, carry out rectifications, and conduct functional testing of aircraft systems.
• Document all work performed according to aviation law requirements.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic specialising in maintenance technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Cat A licence is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and abroad.
• Excellent spoken and written English; German is an advantage.
• Good physical condition, able to work at heights up to 8 m or in confined spaces.
• High sense of quality, resilience, flexibility and strong teamwork orientation.
• Independent, reliable and structured working style.
• Valid driver’s licence for both automatic and manual transmission.
