Analytics Manager – Marketing Analytics

About the role

Wolt is looking for an Analytics Manager to lead its Marketing Analytics function across its European hubs. The role will shape the analytics roadmap, turn data insights into strategic decisions and drive the effectiveness of marketing spend. You will work closely with senior leaders in Marketing, Product and Strategy to influence growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the analytics roadmap for the Marketing Analytics team.
• Develop, track and report on key performance indicators that measure marketing initiative impact.
• Identify and evaluate 0‑to‑1 growth investment opportunities and build a robust marketing investment framework.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Data Scientists, ensuring their work aligns with business goals.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable business decisions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and project‑management experience in an analytics or data‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive initiatives forward and foster a collaborative culture.
