Über die Position

Im Februar 2027 startet die nächste Runde des A&R Traineeships bei Universal Music in Berlin. Du verbringst 12 Monate mitten in der Musikbranche und lernst alle Facetten des Artist & Repertoire Bereichs kennen.

Hauptaufgaben

Einstieg in die Musikbranche über eines der fünf Domestic Labels
Kennenlernen des eigenen Teams sowie angrenzender Bereiche wie Marketing und Finance
Teilnahme an einem Mentoringprogramm
Besuch exklusiver Events zum Netzwerkaufbau

Anforderungsprofil

Mindestens 18 Jahre alt zum Start am 01.02.2027
Bewerbungsphase bis 20.09.2026, Rückmeldung bis 09.10.2026
Leidenschaft für Musik und Interesse an neuen Talenten
