Architectural Project Manager – Healthcare (Berlin)

About the role

Join our Berlin team as an experienced Architectural Project Manager, leading challenging projects for renowned clients in the research, education and health sectors. You will drive innovative design solutions, ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality targets, and act as the main contact for owners and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept through construction.
• Coordinate specialist planners and consultants, especially for highly technical research and health buildings.
• Maintain active project and contract management, including full budget responsibility until hand‑over.
• Ensure close collaboration with the design studio and uphold cost, deadline and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for building owners and external service providers.

Required profile

• Assertive, responsible personality with confident communication.
• Diploma or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Several years of proven experience across all planning and execution phases, supported by references.
• Strong conceptual and design skills with an innovative mindset.
• Interest in sustainable construction; experience with timber construction is a plus.
