Architectural Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead challenging projects for renowned clients in Berlin, Düsseldorf or Munich. You will drive the implementation of innovative research, education and health facilities, ensuring they meet cost, schedule and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams and maintain close collaboration with our design studio.
• Manage project budgets, contracts and timelines from inception to completion.
• Coordinate specialist planners and consultants, especially for highly technical research and health buildings.
• Serve as primary contact for building owners and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with cost, deadline and quality objectives.

Required profile

• Assertive, responsible personality with confident communication.
• Diploma or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Several years of experience across all planning and execution phases, proven by references.
• Strong conceptual and design abilities with innovative thinking.
• Humour, agility and enthusiasm for complex projects.

Required skills

• Coordination of specialist planners and consultants in highly technical buildings.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
• Experience with timber construction (advantage).
