Architectural Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex building projects across sectors such as healthcare, education and research. The role involves overseeing projects from the initial design phase through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects.
• Manage project teams and coordinate consultants and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the design team throughout all project stages.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships, manage contracts and drive project delivery from inception to handover.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex building projects through all RIBA stages.
• Experience delivering projects in healthcare, education, research or other technically complex environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Sustainable design knowledge.
• Timber construction experience.
