About the role

CSL Plasma is looking for a licensed physician to join its plasma donation centre in Karlsruhe. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and offers a family‑friendly schedule without night shifts or on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct donor eligibility examinations and assess medical suitability for plasma donation.
• Inform prospective donors about the donation process, potential health risks and answer their questions.
• Provide medical supervision during the plasma collection procedure.
• Document donor health information and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the centre team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Approbated physician (medical licence) in Germany.
• Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to work in a team and good communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented, open and goal‑driven work attitude.
• Experience with basic computer applications is desirable.
