Assistant Front Desk Manager

About the role

The Assistant Front Desk Manager ensures every guest interaction is memorable, delivering premium service that exceeds expectations. Working within the Guest Relations Team, this role acts as a bridge between guest services and all hotel and marine departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own each guest interaction, follow up on experiences, and guarantee seamless, exceptional service.
• Serve as the liaison between the Guest Relations Team and hotel/marine departments to proactively address guest requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of quality and attentiveness.
• Maintain accountability for delivering a high‑standard guest experience across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of guest‑facing service experience in a luxury environment.
• Experience supervising teams of ten or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.
• Confident, well‑groomed appearance with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Strong emotional intelligence, resourceful thinking, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Willingness to fulfill all key responsibilities and reasonable company requests.
