Assistant Store Manager – Berlin

About the role

Join SHAPING NEW TOMORROW as an Assistant Store Manager in Berlin and help bridge Danish and German cultures while delivering exceptional fashion experiences. You will work side‑by‑side with the Store Manager, supporting daily operations, leading a multicultural team, and ensuring every guest feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overall store performance and team leadership.
• Train, motivate and coach team members to achieve sales and service targets.
• Deliver relationship‑focused sales, advising customers on products and collections.
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stock counts and replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always inviting.
• Contribute to in‑store events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Outgoing, curious and comfortable interacting with guests and colleagues in a new language and culture.
• Strong leadership attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to take responsibility and act as a cultural ambassador for the brand.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
