Assistant Store Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in a dynamic environment that celebrates change and ideas, representing the brand’s image and values while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager with action plans.
• Control costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration and rotas.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and living its values.
• Strong customer service skills with experience leading and developing a team.
• Proven ability to work to and drive KPIs and sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties.
• Ability to motivate and drive the team to exceed KPIs.
