Associate, Client Services

About the role

As an Associate in Client Services you will connect Atheneum’s clients with the right experts, helping them accelerate decision‑making. You will work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and identify relevant experts for each project.
• Source, onboard, and manage experts, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
• Develop internal and external communication skills, including cold calls and email outreach.
• Adapt quickly to a client‑driven environment where speed is critical.
• Provide accurate expert recommendations and take a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Apply Atheneum’s core client delivery process in daily work.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales, recruitment, or KPI‑driven roles.
• Result‑oriented, self‑driven and highly motivated to succeed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one of German, French or Italian.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
