Associate Director Physician Programs – Central Germany

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Associate Director for Physician Programs in Central Germany. You will lead the development and execution of market‑growth strategies while building strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the cardiovascular space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive market growth for cardiovascular medical devices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify market opportunities.
• Implement market development initiatives and manage existing KOL relationships.
• Identify new KOLs to influence and expand the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MedTech or cardiovascular sales.
• Track record of managing physician programs and KOL relationships.
• Strong understanding of the German healthcare market.
