Associate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Litigation (5+ yrs)

About the role

Oikonomakis Law, a well‑established firm serving high‑profile clients, is expanding its German practice. The firm seeks an ambitious Associate Lawyer to join its team in either Hamburg or Düsseldorf. The successful candidate will work independently on a broad portfolio of international and domestic matters, providing high‑quality legal advice in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support clients on corporate, commercial, litigation and general practice matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, legal documents and internal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and deliver clear, practical opinions.
• Communicate directly with clients and authorities, both locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices on cross‑border cases.

Required profile

• Fully qualified German lawyer (completed Zweites Staatsexamen).
• Minimum of five years post‑qualification experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, client‑oriented mindset and ability to work as part of a team.

Required skills

• Fluent written and spoken German.
