Associate Lead HR (English & German)

About the role

Infosys BPM is seeking a proactive Associate Lead HR who is fluent in English and German to join its Human Resources team in Dusseldorf. You will support the full employee lifecycle, partner with managers on people matters, and help drive engagement, performance and organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, acting as the main point of contact for new hires and exiting employees.
• Provide guidance on HR‑related queries, support wellbeing initiatives and promote performance and development.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, processes and surveys, and coordinate HR projects.
• Support managers on HR decisions, handle employee‑relations issues such as conflicts, disciplinary actions and investigations, and contribute to talent‑management and retention programmes.
• Participate in change‑management projects, communicate organisational changes and drive process improvements.
• Maintain HR documentation, contracts, employee records and HR systems, and perform routine administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in HR or a comparable role.
• Basic knowledge of German labour law.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of confidentiality.
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style.
• Fluency in both English and German.
