Associate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

As an Associate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager you will help build the teams that drive FINN’s growth. You will own the full hiring cycle for roles in the Growth department, ensuring a smooth, appreciative candidate experience while maintaining FINN’s high hiring standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for sales, account management and marketing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Source, engage and nurture talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct structured recruiter interviews and provide high‑quality candidate assessments.
• Use recruiting data and AI‑powered tools to monitor funnel health, identify bottlenecks and improve speed and quality.
• Collaborate with the People team to optimise the Lever ATS and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and genuine curiosity about people.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Solution‑oriented, pragmatic mindset and ability to balance quality with speed.
• Resilient, adaptable and growth‑mindset oriented, comfortable with fast‑changing priorities.
• Professional fluency in German (C1+) and English (B2+).
