About the role

Join Levi's® as a part‑time Sales Assistant in Bochum and become the face of the brand in‑store. You will help customers discover their personal style, provide expert product advice, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling tips that inspire confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including cash register handling, fitting‑room assistance, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store inviting.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
