Über die Position

Als Außendienstmitarbeiter*in Inkasso bist du das Gesicht von EOS Field Services im direkten Kundenkontakt. Du unterstützt als Springer verschiedene Regionen Deutschlands und trägst aktiv zur schuldenfreien Welt bei.

Hauptaufgaben

Einziehen von Außenständen bei namhaften Mandanten aus der Automobil- und Finanzbranche.
Besuch von Schuldner*innen vor Ort, persönliche Gesprächsführung und ggf. Übernahme von Fahrzeugen bei Zahlungsunfähigkeit.
Vertretung von Kolleg*innen in Krankheits- oder Urlaubszeiten – flexibel wechselnde Einsatzgebiete.

Anforderungsprofil

Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu bundesweiten Reisen inklusive Übernachtungen.
Selbstorganisation, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Souveränität im Umgang mit schwierigen Situationen.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

MS‑Office‑Anwenderkenntnisse.
