About the role

Join mc-group, a globally integrated agency network, as an apprentice for the role of Merchant for Marketing Communication. Over a three‑year training period you will gain hands‑on experience in both national and international projects, working closely with our commercial and communication teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the commercial and communication departments on client projects.
• Support activities across internal interfaces and assist in day‑to‑day operations.
• Take ownership of sub‑projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Contribute to project work for national and/or international customers.

Required profile

• Successfully completed a high‑school diploma with solid general education.
• Good command of English.
• Strong interest in marketing, advertising, communication and information technology.
• Self‑reliant, confident appearance and enjoyment of teamwork and organization.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the MS Office package.
