Autonomous Vehicle Driver – Bertha Certified

About the role

We are looking for a Bertha Certified Test Operator to join our autonomous vehicle projects. In this role you will drive and monitor self‑driving cars, ensuring safety while collecting high‑quality data for our engineering teams. The position involves working variable shifts and interacting with passengers as part of the AV experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate autonomous vehicles on city and highway routes, following Bertha certification protocols.
• Monitor vehicle performance in real time and log any anomalies using dedicated software tools.
• Engage with ride‑hailing passengers, providing a safe and informative experience.
• Execute test routes in diverse environments and ensure data integrity.
• Generate detailed test reports and collaborate closely with engineering and data analysis teams.
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends and early mornings.

Required profile

• Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing.
• Valid Class C driver’s licence with a clean record and at least three years of driving experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis.
• Strong judgment, focus and communication skills.
