About the role

Join rebuy as a B2B Operations Specialist on a temporary basis in Berlin. You will support the B2B team by managing end‑to‑end logistics, data tracking and order processes that enable the company’s circular economy mission.

Key responsibilities

Transfer, cross‑reference and synchronise order and product data between external supplier systems and internal tools.
Monitor open supplier orders, shipment statuses and coordinate deliveries with warehouses.
Own the full order lifecycle, including returns filing, pick‑up organisation, credit notes and invoice closure.
Communicate shipment statuses and resolve data discrepancies with account managers and customer support.

Required profile

1–2+ years of experience in buying, operations, logistics coordination or e‑commerce administration.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to solve data‑related issues independently.

Required skills

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.
Knowledge of Jira is a plus.
