Backend Developer (Go/C#/.NET) – Hybrid/Remote

About the role

As a Backend Developer at Logicc you will help shape AI‑driven applications, working in an agile, cross‑functional team where your contributions directly impact users. You will work with cutting‑edge AI technologies and enjoy a pragmatic development culture. Your ideas will directly influence product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go or C#/.NET.
• Design, maintain and optimise PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain data‑synchronisation processes across multiple systems.
• Design and optimise agent‑first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and operations teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience with Go or C#/.NET.
• Open mindset toward AI‑assisted software development and hands‑on experience with coding agents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
