Battery Assembly Technician – Production

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Battery Assembly Technician to join our production team in Braunschweig. You will work on the precise assembly and soldering of high‑performance power packs for our commercial unmanned aerial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and solder HIGHDRA Power Packs with strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks and contribute to continuous improvement of battery manufacturing processes.
• Support broader electromechanical assembly and production tasks as required.
• Maintain a calm, precise, and safety‑focused work environment.

Required profile

• Qualified electronics technician or proven experience in battery assembly.
• Trained in manual soldering, preferably following IPC standards, or a strong willingness to be trained.
• Highly careful, structured, and safety‑oriented work style.
• Effective communicator in English and a pragmatic team player.
