BMS/EPMS Engineer – Data Centre

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BMS/EPMS Engineer to join a leading data centre operation in Frankfurt, Germany. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining building and electrical power management systems to ensure continuous, reliable operation of critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot BMS and EPMS in a high‑demand data centre environment.
• Monitor alarms, system performance and critical infrastructure to guarantee uptime.
• Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance and system testing.
• Collaborate with on‑site and remote teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support upgrades, commissioning and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BMS/EPMS engineer, preferably in data centres or other critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building management and electrical power management systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and on‑site during rotation periods.
• English proficiency required; German is a plus.
