Brand and Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Brand and Content Strategist to shape the voice and narrative of a fast‑evolving B2B SaaS brand operating at the intersection of AI visibility, SEO and digital discovery. Based in Germany and working in a remote‑first environment, you will own the brand’s presence across all channels and build a cohesive storytelling ecosystem that drives influence and enterprise growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified brand and content strategy across social, paid, SEO, case studies and web channels.
• Create high‑impact LinkedIn and social posts that position the company as a thought leader in AI visibility and SEO.
• Manage a connected content ecosystem, ensuring all outputs align with the overall brand narrative.
• Brief and review paid‑campaign creative assets for LinkedIn and Google in partnership with performance‑marketing teams.
• Produce compelling case studies and long‑form content that translate customer success into sales‑enabling narratives.
• Guide internal and external SEO contributors to maintain consistency with brand messaging.
• Shape visual and verbal brand identity within design systems, collaborating closely with designers.
• Leverage tools such as Figma and AI‑assisted content platforms to produce and iterate content at scale.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in brand, content strategy or marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building brand narratives that generate measurable influence and engagement.
• Strong writing ability with a distinctive voice suitable for senior‑level audiences.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn complex domains such as AI, SEO or infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder‑management skills.
