Brand Communications Internship

About the role

Join the Global Brand Communications team at HUGO BOSS and support the daily operations that shape the image of the BOSS and HUGO brands worldwide. This internship offers hands‑on experience in public relations, media outreach, and product placement across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process international magazine enquiries and coordinate product placements for BOSS and HUGO.
• Dispatch samples to editors, stylists and global markets.
• Set up global PR requests, manage seasonal collection changes and organise worldwide courier services.
• Handle returns management and generate collection and inquiry reports using Fashion GPS.
• Process price and material inquiries in SAP and maintain global PR reporting files.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a media, communication, economics or related programme.
• Structured, goal‑oriented work style with strong communication skills.
• Open‑minded, flexible team player who thrives under time pressure.
• Interest in fashion, trends and styling, with basic knowledge of the international media landscape.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
