Brand & Content Manager

About the role

Lovehoney Group is seeking a Brand & Content Manager to lead the launch and growth of its women’s health division. You will shape the brand’s voice, create science‑backed content, and build communities that trust and engage with the brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build the Content function from scratch, defining processes, editorial calendars and governance.
• Own end‑to‑end content strategy for social, CRM, app, website, search and retail to drive awareness and trust.
• Design and execute integrated brand campaigns that educate and inspire the target audience.
• Develop and manage relationships with medical experts, KOLs, influencers, creators and strategic partners.
• Measure performance using consumer insights, research and engagement metrics, and continuously optimise storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑growth startups, scale‑ups or e‑commerce, preferably in FemTech, DTC health, wellness or regulated consumer categories.
• Track record of delivering brand, content, social media, influencer and community strategies that generate awareness and engagement.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset, able to translate complex topics into consumer‑centric content.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable working cross‑functionally and with external partners.
