Brand Designer – Localization for German & Spanish Markets

About the role

Pennylane is looking for a Localization Brand Designer to lead the visual expansion of its brand into the German and Spanish markets. You will adapt French master creative assets so they feel native, impactful, and pixel‑perfect for each locale, without translating text.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end transcreation and cultural adaptation of ads, product videos, and social media content for Germany and Spain.
• Build and maintain smart master templates to enable scalable multi‑language, multi‑format asset versioning.
• Produce and edit localized video assets, leveraging AI‑enhanced tools for dubbing and graphic creation.
• Serve as the visual bridge between the central brand team and regional marketing managers, ensuring consistent post‑production quality.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in brand design with a proven track record on non‑French speaking campaigns or multi‑market versioning.
• Strong understanding of localisation challenges (e.g., longer German text) and comfort using AI tools for automation.
• Fluent French and professional English; professional proficiency in German or Spanish is a strong plus.
• Eye for visual nuance and ability to make design decisions that “look right” for each market.
